The Fuji Declaration is a very minimal bike with all the flash! This bike is a very solid beginner bike for the daily urban fixed commuter, not designed for heavy FGFS tricks. It's more focused on getting you to point A to B in style but It will barspin a 700c wheel very easily though, so there is still some room for fun!
