GENERAL SHIPPING

 RULES

Free Shipping 

Promotional shipping codes and/or discounts do not apply to over size items (wheels, rims, frames, complete bikes, etc.) and wholesale orders. Total of merchandise must be over $100 after any promotions and before any required tax or shipping costs. Free shipping coupon code is ONLY VALID in the continental US. Applying coupon code on shipments outside of the continental US will result in additional shipping charge. Free shipping will ship either USPS or FedEx, we reserve the right to ship your package with any given carrier as we see fit. For questions on free shipping please contact sales@iminusd.com

General Shipping Rules

All items purchased as a special "sale or clearance" price are final. All other items are subject to our normal sales/return policy. 

Upon placing an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated according to the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please allow up to 12 days for the delivery of certain items in the Continental USA. Estimated delivery times may also appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that all quoted prices listed are not binded to the amount given upon checkout and are subject to change. Quoted shipping prices may vary for international shipments.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • Each package is subject to additional import taxes when the item passes through customs. This is usually around 20% of the declared value of the package, but varies from country to country.
  • We do not declare a lower value than what is stated on your invoice for security purposes. No exceptions.
  •  We do mark all package as a gift.
  • International Priority and Express generally take around 5-10 days and comes with tracking (cannot be used for larger packages due to strict size limitations)
  • FedEx International takes about 3-6 days and comes with tracking (used for oversized items such as wheels, tires, frames, etc.)

The best way to track your shipment is to take the tracking number provided through your e-mail confirmation letter and track it on either www.Fedex.com or www.USPS.com


ORDER STATUS NOTIFICATIONS

Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail notification displaying the details of your purchase. That e-mail also contains a link that will allow you to check the status of your order while it’s being fulfilled, like this one.

 

Listed below are the series of status notifications that will help keep you up to date on your order. You’re probably curious about what they mean, so here they are:

 

AWAITING FULFILLMENT

This is the status of every order right after you place it. It’s more like, Awaiting Attention.

 

AWAITING PAYMENT

This notification is saying that you owe more money or have a remaining balance. Call 408-275-6925 to find out why.

 

PENDING

Pending can mean a few things. We probably already sent you a message explaining why your order is pending. It usually has something to do with the items in your cart. Sign onto your account to find out more, or give us a call.

 

AWAITING SHIPMENT

All the items have been set aside and are just waiting to get packaged up and shipped. There is nothing more you need to do than just sit back and wait for its arrival.

 

AWAITING PICKUP

Your order has been set aside and is ready for your pick-up at our store location. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID matching the name and information on the order. It’s also best to have the credit card you used to place the order.

SHIPPED

The order has left our warehouse and is on its way! This email notification will also contain a tracking number and the chosen carrier so you can track the whereabouts of your package.

 

PARTIALLY SHIPPED

Sometimes items listed on our website need to be special ordered from our distributors. In those cases, we might ship the items that are ready, first. Don’t worry, you won’t forget about the missing item and neither will we.

 

COMPLETED

The order process is complete. Thank you for choosing iMiNUSD.

 

CANCELLED

It may mean that you called us and changed your mind. We hate to do this, but maybe we’ll see you next time.

 

DECLINED

Sadly enough, not everyone out there can be trusted. Your order can be declined if our system traces any fraudulent activity. i.e. Country of which the order was placed does not match the billing or shipping address.

MANUAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED

This is just a fancy way of saying, “please give us a call so we can make sure you were the one who placed this order.” You’ll thank us later.

 

REFUNDED

This notification is sent when you request a refund for your entire order. Please remember that all refunds take an average of 1-3 business days to fully process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for any concerns regarding your returned funds.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 


Why didn’t my order qualify for free shipping?

 

Nothing is perfect. And that includes our online store. Oversized items such as wheels, frames or complete bikes DO NOT qualify for free shipping, unless stated otherwise. Just because it let you choose the Free Shipping option at checkout, doesn’t mean you “got away with it.” Thank you for bearing with us while we fix any glitches or loopholes to improve your online shopping experience. Now that you know, there’s no reason to get all ballistic when you receive the Awaiting Payment notification.

 

I don’t live in the US, how much would shipping be for this, this and that?

 

Our online store has a shipping calculator for those interested in estimating how much it would be to ship certain items to your location. Once you place items in your virtual cart, click on the View Cart icon on the upper right hand corner. Under the list of items, you’ll find a link that says Estimate Shipping & Tax. Enter your information and it should give you the shipping options that are available to you according to the items you’ve selected.

 

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address on my order. Can I change it?

 

Unfortunately, we do not allow any changes to shipping information for security purposes (unless you have all the information needed for authorization). Call 408-275-6925 for individual inquiries regarding address changes.

 

I already submitted my order but I ordered the wrong item. Is there any way I can correct it?

As long as you haven’t received the Shipped status notification on your order, you’re free to make any changes. Please write us at Sales@iminusd.com or give us a call at 408-275-6925 to notify us of these changes.

  

RETURN POLICY



 

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.




TAX

We are required to collect a sales tax of 8.75% for all purchases shipping to a California address.
